To prepare for your project, you'll receive an in-depth questionnaire that will cover everything we need to know about your project before we begin. This form is due 1 week before your intensive.

Our intensives are designed to be quick experiences and because of that, we’re not able to include additional support or revision rounds (if you're looking for a more collaborative environment - have a look at our Signature Experience). Our team does a lot of work on the front end (via your in-depth questionnaire, our kickoff call, and our in-house processes) to ensure the final versions of what we send perfectly capture your vision and goals - and give you a great foundation as you build and grow your business.
What if I’d like additional support or revisions?
Our Template Customization intensive is specific to Showit. Our team has experience in customizing dozens of Showit website templates for business owners. Liberty Type is a proud Showit Design Partner (since 2018), on Tonic's list of recommended designers, and has coached Showit users at the annual Spark conference. If you need help deciding which template may be best for you, we’re happy to help.

While our specialty lies in working with luxury service providers and those in the wellness space (mainly therapists and therapy centers), we've worked with various wedding industry pros, coaches and mentors, authors, attorneys, educators and course creators, strategists and consultants, bloggers, doulas, and birth professionals, podcast hosts, start-up companies, a fashion retailer, realtors and home stagers, a catering company and restaurant, a resort, a retreat, and a luxury development company.

We do not, however, work with new clients on an as-needed basis. Our intensive environments and our Signature Experience are designed to build proper foundations and get you the best results.

Intensives are designed for clients that need a quick turnaround with less strategy involved. Intensives allow you to pick the phase you’d like to work with us on - while our Signature Experience is designed for more established businesses that are ready to work with us on strategy, brand identity and collateral design, creative direction, messaging and positioning, website design and development, and continued marketing of the brand as it grows. If you ‘just’ need something (a brand, website copy, a customized Showit template, or marketing content), intensives are right for you.
