Thanks for choosing Liberty Type. Here's exactly how fulfillment works, what you'll get, when you'll get it, and where I stand on returns, so there are zero surprises. Questions about any of it? hello@libertytype.com, always.
Shipping and Delivery
Everything I sell is digital and delivered by email or download link. No tangible items will arrive at your door (sorry to anyone hoping for a Liberty Type tote).
Orders for 1:1 professional services are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) once payment is confirmed; final delivery depends on the specific service you purchased. Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment, or within 24 hours, via email or direct download.
Currency
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you're an international customer, your final charge may vary a bit depending on the exchange rate and your bank's fees.
Returns and Refunds
Because everything here is either a digital good or a 1:1 custom service, all sales are final and non-refundable. That's the industry-standard reality of work that can't be “returned” once it's delivered or underway.
That said, if something goes technically wrong, you got the wrong file, a link won't open, anything like that, email me right away at hello@libertytype.com and we'll make it right.
Cancellations
For the same reason, cancellations of services or products aren't available. If you're subscribed to a recurring service or membership, you can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing hello@libertytype.com; prepaid fees for the current billing cycle aren't refundable.

Legal or Export Restrictions
Certain products may carry legal or export restrictions depending on where you live. Where that applies, it'll be noted on the product page or at checkout. By ordering, you're confirming you comply with your local import regulations and can legally purchase the product.
Promotions and Discounts
Promos, discounts, and trial periods come with their own specific terms, which will be spelled out clearly when they're offered. Questions about a promotion? Email before you buy and I'll clarify.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy matters here; the full Privacy Policy has the details. On the payment side: checkout is protected with SSL encryption (HTTPS), I comply with PCI DSS standards, and I never store or process your payment information on my servers. All transactions run through secure third-party processors like Stripe.
Accepted Payment Methods
Major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and you'll see the logos at checkout. Digital wallets and other alternate methods may also be available; the checkout page always has the current list.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy from time to time as the business, e-commerce best practices, or card network standards change. For significant changes, I'll post a prominent notice on the site or email registered customers.
