Dr. Tracy had done the hard work of building an audience that genuinely trusted her. The problem was that her website was still doing the work of establishing credibility, which she no longer needed it to do. She needed it to convert. With a second book and an app launching and three different ways to work with her, visitors were landing with no clear path forward. We rebuilt the site around where she actually was, organized it so every type of visitor knew exactly what to do next, and gave her a home base that could support every launch ahead.
